Very efficient service for selling houses. Steve was very quick with photos and description and realistic with valuations. Amanda is amazing, the best chaser ever, she is always ahead of the game and is constantly checking in with the buyer and the solicitors to get your property to completion asap. A pleasure to do business with and the only estate agent we will now use for our business.

Hawkins are one of the worst Estate Agent i have encountered. We lived in rented property for few years and the shower was not working. I had my hip replacement and could not get into bath. It was not fixed. I was served notice and threat for legal action. Had to do house move on my crutches. Subsequently was trying to put an obstruction to new let as well. Never recommend. I could have given them 0/-ve star if an option.

The service and professional staff are the best I know brilliant team

Extremely unprofessional people, they provided me false/misleading information about the property I am in. In addition some of they were rude during their inefficient/slow paper work. I paid 6k upfront and they don't care about the disgusting condition (even scum/mold/rust in the shower and mold in the freezer, etc.) and worn state they rented the property but they hold my 1k deposit.

The property is in Bedworth and they left me the key in their office in Nuneaton, with NO INVENTORY and they told me to deal from now on with the landlord (who is in Sri Lanka). I have rented 4 houses in the UK (Manchester, Coventry, Bishops Itchington and Banbury) over 3+ years and I have always received back the deposit in full. I have never seen an hause rented in such disgusting conditons and met such professional liars willing to make easy money.
