I had the pleasure of working with Stacy-Lee Warren while looking for an apartment - she was amazing. Since our initial contact, she was attentive, helpful, and insightful. She is very intentional in getting to know what you need and really trying to help you find a space you love. She really made it a point to keep in mind everything I was prioritizing in a living space which as a result made the process SO easy and not stressful.

Communication with her was the best, she was always prompt in answering back via text or email and was always extremely helpful when inquiring about information I would ask about regarding the living spaces we were viewing. I've known her for a short amount of time, but my experience with her has demonstrative what a pro-active and hardworking individual she is. You won't find many brokers like this. Such a pleasure to have met her, so grateful for her!

Austin was extremely helpful in finding an apartment for my roommates and I who are moving to the city for the very first time right out of college. He showed us our dream apartment and did everything possible to ensure we secured it. He was very quick in answering all questions via text and phone call. He even answered questions such as how to get to our various work locations via the subway and bus routes.

Since it is our first time moving to the city, our parents were heavily involved in the process with their own questions, which he also answered very quickly. If the leasing agent wasn't able to speak to us, Austin provided all necessary information.
