Our building changed managing agents and not long after our flat had some damage due to a leak. Kate Wood was very diligent and cooperative in getting the repair work done. She was always on top of things and everything turned out very well. Really glad that we are in better hands now.

Our building is in Courfield road. Roof leak issue was identified and rectified in a very professional and efficient way. Steven Du is a very good project manager. Happy with the service.

Elodie has been very professional throughout the viewing. Prepared brochures in advance with detailed annual out-goings and lease situation for each individual property, knowledgable about the local area, shares honest perspective and opinion about the property, and most importantly, leaves yourself to assess and make judgement. A refreshing difference from certain mass market agency whose 20 something eager-eyed slippery tongued salesman pushes aggressively with various hard-selling technique to the extent of insult. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is interested in SW5 area.

They are very practical which is extremely important when it comes to buying or selling or even renting out a property. Special mention to Toby Churchus who has been extremely helpful and understanding with all my requests and questions.
