In purchasing a house during a very busy market, we unfortunately had to view so many properties and deal with most estate agencies. I can honestly say that Walter & Mair stood out head and shoulders above the rest. The team has been responsive, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. This was not our experience in dealing with most of the other larger agencies, whose agents would show us properties and be unable to answer our reasonable questions or be disinterested.

We loved the property that Sara showed us and she was knowledgeable about both the property and the area. She has been so helpful as have all the team. The process from offering to exchange (around 8 weeks!) has been seamless thanks to all the team we have dealt with, Sara, Tina and Dominic. We highly recommend this estate agency based on our experience and would not hesitate to use them again to buy or sell a property.
