Services
Well Ann, I am so pleased I chose 'Tiffen' to sell my house! A sensible valuation followed by genuine, diligent service that gave me confidence; they looked after my home as though it had been their own and kept me updated on progress right through to completion. I was struggling in my life at the time, and they were incredibly patient and supportive.

Viewed a house over a month ago. I called last week to see if the the seller had a new price in mind for a quick cash sale, before we bought another we had seen. Five days later still no reply to my question. I called the seller and asked if they had asked him, he informed me that he had NOT received a call from Tiffens. Absolutely awful service!

Contacted them to view a property we were interested in. The property is empty so requires the estate agent to do the viewings. They clearly didn't seem interested in selling the property as they just said they were unavailable for any of the times we suggested. These times were during the week and in office hours so it wasn't like we were not being flexible.
It is also in December which you would think would be quite quiet for them so would have plenty of opportunity to fit us in. Finally when we asked what time can they do then, we got given 1:45 on a Tuesday. Both my partner and I had to take time out of work to do the viewing and also my partner works out in Brampton so it was a bit of a drive got him.
After 5 minutes of standing outside in the pouring rain we rang Tiffen's to ask where they were, only to be told that the viewing was for the next day and did we not get the email or a phone call. After not receiving either we were furious. We told him we had both come from work for this and could nobody come down now? Of course not how silly of me!
You would honestly think they were not interested in selling the property. Well Tiffen you have lost out on a sale, and if I ever come to sell a house again or recommend a friend I certainly would not use your estate agents.
