How refreshing to find an Estate Agency that does what it says on the tin! From the first moment I met Phil, of Coady Phillips it was obvious how passionate he was about selling my property. He gave excellent advice on the house itself, how the sales process would work, and indeed when sold, how the actual legal sale would progress. Feel obligated to defend Coady Phillips about the poor review. We have just been through a sale with Coady Phillips, they are one of the most professional companies I have ever used. They were always attentive and helpful, and at no time did they give us any duff information. Regarding the review below that is one star and about Damp. I happen to be a damp specialist and one of the many issues with damp in the modern world is ventilation and lack of heat.

People have double glazing and thus nowhere for the moisture to go. In the old days wooden windows would have gaps and the moisture would leave the property, now we seal the properties and only heat them twice a day. Moisture is everywhere, our bodies produce it, showers, kettles, animals, food etc. Ventilation is key but also positive input systems, such as Nuaire Flatmasters.

When you heat moist air it is expensive, as you are heating water, when the air is dry, it is cheaper to heat. There are some very well respected papers on the internet on the subject and I suggest people read these. To re-iterate Coady Philips are an super supportive estate agent. I speak as somebody who has just completed a sale with them.

The family selling a home after the death of a relative could have been difficult. This was not the case thanks to Phil Coady who gave us good professional advice with empathy for the situation. Thank you Phil for your personal care and attention to detail.

Having being renting as a tenant for the past 18 years and having rented over 20 properties, I can honestly say that Coady Phillips are by far the best letting agents I have dealt with. The staff are personable and friendly and go above and beyond to rectify any issues pertaining to the property. I rented with them for over 2 years and was on first name terms with all the staff.

It is the first letting agent I have used who I feel genuinely advocate for the tenant and skilfully resolve any potential queries between the landlord and tenant. I can honestly say there were no issues at all over my rental period that were not resolved efficiently and personably by the team. If Carlsberg did letting agents- they'd be number 2 to these guys!
