Primary Homes and Lettings is a warm and friendly organisation. They are thorough and absolutely prompt with their professional service. Dean supported me throughout my purchase; his calm and patient, yet efficient manner was outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend Primary Homes and Lettings. They are well organized; and they certainly add a personal touch to their service, reflecting on their clear goals as a family run business.

Lovely person showing us the property however very disappointed to not be told if landlord had chosen us after putting an offer in and also to be told "they wanted an older couple" age discrimination at its finest, they didn't even ask our age so purely on judgement. Kind of glad we didn't get the house. Be careful, age discrimination works both ways guys! You wouldnt tell an older couple the landlord wanted someone younger so don't tell a younger couple landlord wanted someone older!

Really happy with Dean and the team at Primary for selling my property. From start to finish, Dean and his colleagues were professional, the listing and photos were spot on and got people through the door. I had tried other agencies but they couldn't pull the trigger and their interest waned. Dean is a brilliant salesman and understands his market and customer, and puts his all into getting the job done.

He never failed to check in with me and went the extra mile in chasing the chain for updates too. My advice for anyone selling is to go with someone that has years of experience and a vested interest in getting your house sold, which is Dean and the team all over. Thank you, Primary!

Bought my property through these guys 4 years ago. And Daniel was very helpful getting my mortgage. Very professional and friendly. I have recommended people since and they have been impressed to. Will continue to recommend them and will definitely deal with them again.

Critical: Professionalism I do not recommend that agency. I star is too much for them! They are horrible people. They don't keep promises. They ripped off our deposit just now. I do understand now why someone said that they are wolves in sheep's clothing. So please stay away from them. We will seek a legal advice now.

Not a trust worthy agency! They let contractors in our rented accommodation, without our consent or any notification. They arrange viewings without the required legal notice of 24 hours, and enter the house without our presence despite the request of not to enter without our presence. They don't keep up with the promises made prior to the let and later say landlord refused to act upon the faults. Stay away. Am seeking legal advice for their un lawful entry.

Excellent company, used them both for sales and Lettings and you can't fault them. Being a family run business and not a national chain you actually feel like your custom is appreciated rather than just being another punter. Would give them 6 stars if I could

Wolves and sheeps clothing. Public beware, this family run agency do not operate to any standard. They will not respond to genuine questions and concerns, yet when it comes them looking to obtain money from you (money which is not rent) they will hound you and harass you non stop. What happened to other tenants on here happened to myself as well. Primary, or associates of theirs (local thugs) conduct property inspections without any written or verbal communication to you.

When you confront them about this, they ignore you. They used their local thug(s) to intimidate my 6 month pregnant partner which for me was the last straw. Since I have left the property, they have kept my security deposit and claim 'lime scale damage' to the kitchen sink worktop. Again, you can see they have done this to other former tenants on here.

I have taken screenshots of these reviews and have passed them to the relevant parties. I will not be shocked if there is soon a sudden influx of positive reviews pop up. I have complained to the National Association of Estate Agents, RICS and Trading standards. I urge anyone who has had to deal with this cowboy company to do the same. Horrible people.
