Nick Taylor is the Managing Director of Hadley Taylor. Nick first practiced Estate Agency in 1983 and has gained a wealth of sales and marketing experience during the intervening years. Having relocated to Norfolk in 1997, Nick now lives with his young family in the "Golden Triangle" area of Norwich.
Government legislation now dictates that all homes marketed for sale or to let in England and Wales have to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). The EPC contains advice on how to cut carbon emissions and fuel bills. The EPC takes just 48 hours to prepare and the certificate needs to be completed before you can sell or let your property.

I highly recommend Hadley Taylor to anyone either buying or selling a property. They have helped me to do both over the last ten years and I found them extremely helpful and efficient in both cases. Bought a flat that was sold through Hadley Taylor and I found the experience to be really disappointing. Some elements were out of Hadley Taylor's control but they withheld information about the status of my purchase until I hassled them multiple times over a long period of time. Really disappointed and would genuinely consider not buying through them again despite how nice the property was.
