An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for a domestic property will contain information on your property's energy use and carbon dioxide emissions. It will also include an, recommendation report detailing ways on how to further reduce energy costs, use and carbon dioxide emissions. The rating measures the energy and carbon emission efficiency of your property, using a grade ranging from "A" down to "G".

Highly Recommend it! I love these group of people. Binder was my agent and working with her has made my first time renting a home a smooth and fun experience. She truly cares about what you need and she went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information required to make the right decision in renting my first home! I did get to meet some of the other team members and they were also as friendly, upbeat and professional as Binder. She comes highly recommended and anyone would be lucky to have her as their agent.
