DO NOT USE! when you pay your "deposit" while they pretend to process your paperwork, your receipt given says they'll keep 50 if they don't approve you for whatever reason. I had NO REASON TO BE DENIED! I even submitted a DBS, and I make 5x the monthly rent, and I have perfect credit and work full time permanent with excellent references. I knew when I read my receipt I was going to be denied, obviously they're making they're money 50 at a time.
They tried to put off the decision by a week. WHAT FOR? I submitted everything it doesn't take that long to phone a couple references. ITS ALL A SCAM! DONT EVEN RISK IT YOU WONT GET APPROVED NO MATTER WHAT GUARANTEED!
