I recently purchased a property through Cain & Fuller, an exceptional service was provided - a special mention to Matthew Fuller who has helped make my transition into the area a happy one!

Mark Slater from Cain & Fuller helped us find our lovely home. He did a grand job from start to finish, always on the case and helping out with the next stage for us to move. No matter what time he was there to help and very approachable, Mark would give us updates on every stage what was happening. Which was great so we all knew what was going on. We would highly recommend using this estate agent

The experience we received from start to completion was exemplary. Even though the office is justifiably busy, you are always made to feel that yours is the most important case. It was a difficult time especially as the pandemic took hold but Matthew and his staff were professional and kept us up to date. My father in law has recently brought through Cain and Fuller. The experience was made to be very straight forward. They were kind and helpful throughout. Easy to contact and helped straight away when questions needed to be answered. From experience with agents in the past, this was very refreshing.

I have only purchased one property through Cain & Fuller in 2012, but sold many since. Just this year he sold 3 of my properties in just a couple of weeks. There is no other Estate Agent in this town like Matthew Fuller/Cain & Fuller. He is very professional, full of energy and enthusiasm and will get your property sold! I always have great communication with Matthew and customer service is second to none.

Some of the negative reviews on here seem not very fair, perhaps a few sour individuals because they didn't have the chance to view/buy (first come first serve). Furthermore, don't phone your estate agent if you need an update on legal matters. Phone your solicitor! I have dealt with many of the other agents in town, who from my experience have been slow, disinterested and generally quite lame. Not all, but most. I will always stick with Mathew to sell my properties. Well done Matt, keep it up!

I found Cain and Fuller to be professional, efficient and very trustworthy in the sale of my late parents house. What I liked was the direct honesty which I was given from the outset. It is hard to come by nowadays. I was made to feel valued and important which was nice in what was a difficult time. I would recommend this estate agent above the rest. Thank you
