Smart estate agency was fantastic! I strongly recommend them. I originally found smart estate agency on an internet search and I thought it was too good to be true but they were the best. There is no catch. Jon was professional at all times and always available for myself and my buyers. He replied to messages almost immediately. He gave great advice throughout the selling process to myself and my buyers.

He found out the position of the buyers before contacting me. I have now sold and successfully completed on my lovely two bed semi-detached house all for only 75. Unbelievable. He did better than other online and High Street agents. He saved me 4,500 in fees. I hope everyone learns how good SEA are and I hope he grows. He deserves it. Best estate agency by far! Amazing customer service that was lacking from some high street estate agencies I liaised with. I received a call from The Smart Estate Agency few minutes after placing an order to sell my house with them, despite late evening time. Jonathan was very helpful taking me through the process, advising on house sale advert and process of organizing the house viewings.

There was no push to sell additional services but a lot of support to execute my request. All bookings for potential buyers were done promptly and communicated in timely manner to me. The potential buyers provided me with positive feedback on their interaction with the agency as well. The agency (Jonathan) exceeded my expectations in all areas. Considering the savings I made when choosing this agency and the service level I received I can easily recommend this agency to everyone.

I have bought and sold many houses over the years, and have been with many estate agents who have charged absolute thousands for poor service. Smartestate Agency has been wonderful, my listing was advertised within hours with lots of viewings to follow. Jonathan takes the bookings and is very efficient and professional. These guys are fantastic! I signed up after seeing their reviews and I cannot fault them. They are punctual, always answer the phone and send the enquiries through from the buyers. I let people look around my apartment and I had an offer within a few days. I honestly can't believe their fee is 75. They should charge more! The high street agent had quoted me 2265 plus VAT?!

Fantastically helpful and stress free! Helped us to market our own house on Rightmove and Zoopla for 75 within an hour of contacting them! They are also happy to act as a middleman when recieving offers! What more could you want! An unbelievable price which has saved us over 10k in agency fees!

Highly recommend The Smart Estate Agency. Forget about high street estate agents that will charge you thousands of for selling your house. The Smart Estate Agency has proven this can be done by fixed 75 fee without loosing very professional estate agent service. I contacted the smart estate agency at 1pm and at 2pm my house was already on Rightmove and Zoopla.

Easy company to work with and sold my house quickly. I wanted to sell my house fairly quickly and have never used an online estate agent before but I would use the Smart Estate Agency again. They put my advert up within a few hours and later that week I had a call from them saying someone wanted to come to view. The buyer wanted to make an offer through them and the estate agency called us to talk about it. We negotiated a price that we were happy with and I don't feel like we comprised on the price. All in all I'm really happy with the service. For 75 you can't go wrong.
