We Sold our home with Cobb Amos and we couldn't fault them. From our first meeting with Alex, (who is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable) to finally putting the house on the market and dealing with Holly, we found them both to be brilliant. Alex is reassuring and and very straightforward. He was helpful and responsive from the beginning of the process right until the end.

Our sale was dealt largely with Holly after the initial meetings and she was also exceptional. She was so quick to update us on any changes and we often relied on her to let us know what was going on when we felt out of the loop with our solicitors. We never felt ignored and they were both so polite and just very nice people. The whole process can often be very stressful, (which ours was at times) but it was made as best as possible through the help of the team here. We really do thank them and are very glad we went with them for this big decision.

Selling and buying houses is like walking through a mine field. Cobb Amos staff were there every step of the way. Always available to help and support us with our sale. They were even willing to advise on our purchase. Throughout the process it was like working with friends that you could trust to do their best for you. We highly recommend them.

From them being 15-30 mins late on most occasions they set times to meet us. To their employees verging on the wrong side of rudeness in most dealings with them. Not a very good office to use because even when issues were raised, there was a collective apathy to the issues from.other staff, but on the plus side our property owner was lovely and one or two staff are wasted working with them as they should be working for better companies

My partner and I were in a really difficult situation after being let down by another letting agent in the Hereford area. After one short telephone conversation, Hannah had put my mind at ease that she genuinely wanted to help us. Her communication throughout our experience was second to none and within a very short timeframe we had the keys to our new rental property with no issues whatsoever. Efficient, caring and on the ball would be the very least I would describe both Hannah and Cobb as a unit.

I don't usually write public reviews but my recent experience with Cobb Amos in Hereford was simply outstanding. We contacted Cobb Amos because we had been struggling with other agencies' bureaucratic approach. Hannah took our enquiry and it was quickly obvious that Cobb Amos puts its clients first, treating them as individuals with differing needs; from that moment on we had a sense that Cobb Amos did things properly and the rest was simply plain sailing.

We hold Cobb Amos in high regard because of their team's pragmatic, professional & personal approach. It really has been a breath of fresh air and other agencies could learn a great deal from the Cobb Amos approach. Easily 5 stars.

We have just purchased a house through Cobb Amos Hereford. Katie was an exceptional sales person, knowing we could not travel easily to see the house, she did an online viewing for us. She was extremely helpful and professional throughout the purchase and a joy to deal with. When we arrived at the property to move in, the owner had locked the door with a key inside and we could not access the property. Alex went out of his way to help us out, liaising with the vendor and finding a solution and we were very appreciative.

Our only gripe was that sometimes it was difficult to get hold of the office as the phones were not answered, but in COVID times appreciate that this might have been an exception.

Over the last 4 years we have sold three properties through Cobb Amos, for my elderly Mother and for ourselves. We have all been impressed with the professional care we have received. Quick responses to email, always someone to speak to, everyone aware of how the sale was progressing, excellent advice, reassurance and politeness. Stephen, Alex, Kathryn and Katie are a great team. If we buy or sell a property again we would use Cobb Amos and recommend them highly.

Me and my parnter have recently moved house, this being done through Cobb Amos and the staff were both so lovely and very helpful. Dale & Lorna are the two staff who i have been in contact with and helped with the moving process and they have been wonderful. They have also checked up on us to make sure our move went swiftly and that we were settling in ok.
