The managing agents at Latymer Court are terrible and in particular, I felt great discrimination from Peter. My flatmate Nitara posted a review and Willmotts FAKELY responded acting as if they would try resolve the wrongdoing done to us- this never happened. I would urge others who faced discrimination as tenants of Latymer Court and were ignored by Willmotts. They fabricated evidence and we will be pursusing legal action against them once our case is gathered.

My family have been helped in both managing properties and selling them by Willmotts for over 30 years now. We've been particularly impressed by the selling side, with a very supportive team who've helped not just find the buyers (the easy bit!) but with all the form-filling and bureaucracy which is the vital bit needed to get the sale over the line! Highly recommend!

Peter is a horrible, discriminatory man who would not care about the sub tenants of Latymer court. He told me he does not talk to subtenants but contacted another group of subtenants, just showing how awful this man is. The managing office at Latymer court is in the control of the freehold company. Their operational policies are ridiculous and if you rent with them, they will be biased against young people and make their security guards lie on their behalf for their underlying reasons. Please do not rent with willmotts or trust them with anything as the way they run things is so unfair and actually illegal (making up evidence).

Really disappointed with my experience of Willmotts as our building management company. Given the extortionate service charges paid, I would hope for a relatively good service. Communication was probably the worst experience, with responses often only coming after they had been chased several times. It often felt like I was the building manager, investigating issues and reporting them myself, visiting new tenants/owners to explain how things work, and being first point of contact for tenants' issues.

Willmotts manage two complex Victorian properties for us in Fulham. Recently it was necessary to undertake major maintenance works, and we were very impressed with the professionalism of Willmotts' building survey department. In particular Aaron Henley is responsive, creative at finding solutions for a reasonable price, has a excellent eye for detail and maintains a good rapport with the tenants. We couldn't have hoped for better service, thank you so much.

I would highly recommend the services of Aaron and the building surveying department at Willmotts, they worked tireless with me to get planning on my Loft extension. Aaron acted as my contract administrator and assisted me with my project from start to finish, 5 star satisfaction highly recommend to anyone interested in housing development in the London area!

I am a 2-years tenant in the property managed by Willmotts. It has been great. Gemma is friendly and responsive to our request. The problems are fixed within a week or within an hour for emergency situation. The property is well maintained and in good condition. I am glad I have spent my 2 years in London with Willmotts.

This company are beyond a joke. The property manager is 100 per cent useless and charges a fortune. Ignores emails and phone calls and seems only responds to negative reviews, have noticed they have quite a few. NOTE reviewers do not know each other but all say the same things, thats a big sign of incompetence.looking forward to a response of sorry your feel disappointed.
Being accused of being slanderous when your property manager is not doing his job isn't the answer. You must of had complaints about Mr Jack Newman who is the property manager, we can't be the first. I am the farther of a paying customer who wants responses to emails, phone calls and action taken.
