I recently let a property from Aubrey Lee and this was one of the best experience. Other letting agents don't even reply but Staff from Aubrey Lee, especially lady Rachael Harrison helped me a lot. She replied on time and helped with my application. Overall the staff is very professional.

Customer service is good, helpful staff and quick to get back to us. Everything went smoothly but we did have a couple of issues which is why it's 4 stars. Mainly the cleaning, our bins were full of rubbish before we moved in and not correctly sorted so they weren't emptied by the council on the days they came around. We had to dig out all of the rubbish, sort and take to the skip. The apartment wasn't properly cleaned either. Overall they have been professional and have dealt with all of our issues promptly.

I am writing this review on my partners google account. I recently let a property from Aubrey Lee and Rachael Harrison was the lady who helped me from start to end. I couldn't of asked for a better lady to help me with my move. Nothing was too much and she never gave up on helping me with my application even though it was tricky. I moved into the property and when I arrived the fence was down only due to weather Rachael dealt with it within 48 hours to repair. So happy I settled with the estate agents even though we are over 30 miles away from the office

So far our experience with Mollie has been extremely positive, she arrived on time for our viewing appointment and helped seal the deal on our ongoing purchase. Mollie is really professional and always responds to calls/emails and appears to be actively chasing the sale. We look forward to seeing how the rest of the sale pans out so we can settle into our new home. Thanks Mollie

I don't usually leave reviews if I'm being honest, In fact this is my first review for very many years. I am in the process of purchasing a home that was advertised with Aubrey Lee, and from the first contact I had on the telephone to arrange the viewing it has been first class. My viewing was with a very professional agent, Mollie, whom, if I'm being honest has probably been the reason that has promoted me to writing a review for the first time in an age! Mollie has been very professional throughout, from the viewing appointment being on schedule, the actual viewing process with the relevant information, then personally dealing with my offer proposals, (which needed some negotiating) she has always replied to my calls/ emails and was always informative, absolutely first class throughout! I personally can not recommend Aubrey Lee or indeed Hollie highly enough. :)

As a business owner working for Aubrey Lee this past 12 month I would highly recommend their professionalism. Staff are friendly and always responsive to query's. It is noted that you take your tenants concerns seriously and react accordingly. Excellent service!

Ivor Sternberg was brilliant, he kept us in the loop from day one. He updated us every step of the way with the purchase of our new home but then at the the same time he was also helping advise with the sale of our own house. He maintained regular contact and advised on what we needed to do. Two months ago, my landlord has moved to Aubrey Lee agency. Since then, it was excellent experience. Especially (Rachael) she has helped me to move my secure deposit & other movement process from old agency smoothly. Of course, she has answered all my queries promptly and professional way. Rachael and Mollie at Aubrey lee are amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was spot on with my daughters' application and dealt with whatever queries I had, straight away. I recently rented a property from Aubrey Lee on Bury New Road Prestwich. Rachel who handles the rented properties was exceptional In her negotiation skills and very prompt with answering queries. Once we had decided to rent it literally took only a few days and we were in! They even stayed open late so I could collect the keys. There was a gentleman there too who was very pleasant and polite. I would definitely recommend Aubrey lee to people looking to rent or buy.

Absolutely amazed with the efficiency of this agency, litteraly been super helpful and extremely fast in every aspect from the first view of the house to signing the tenancy agreement of the house and also after the first weeks right after moved to the new house, Rachel and all the staff of the Agency promptly came to our help when we needed it. So far I've never been so satisfy from an estate agency like this one, the interaction is usually stressful or difficult, or good until you sign the contract and after you basically left on your own. This is definitely not the case. Would definitely recommend.
