We have with been with EG (or their predecessors, iSite) since 2008 and have always had good service. Through most of that time Mandy Boot has been our prime point of contact and has always been responsive and professional, whilst also being approachable and friendly. Got to be honest that contacting the office is not always easy (hence 4* and not 5*) but as Mandy works remotely this is not an generally an issue.

From first contacting Entwistle Green, in particular Mandy Boot, moving in and living in our rented house for the past 8 months has been amazing. We are young professionals in our mid 20s and have been renting since we were 18 and have experienced so many problems with estate agents in the past. There's no doubt Entwistle Green have been amazing in communication, being there but also taking a step back in allowing us to get on with living in the property as opposed to other estate agents.

We recently had a house inspection and identified a few repairs. Within the week they were all sorted quickly and communicated effectively which surpassed our expectations as we believed the repairs were not imminent. Thanks to Mandy and the wider team! We would 100% recommend!

We've had a great service from Mandy at Entwistle Green. Nothing has been too much trouble whilst we've been moving into a rented house - from setting up the central heating to getting outstanding bills sorted. It's made the process much less stressful than it could have been and is very much appreciated. In fact all the staff we've dealt with have been professional and friendly - including Sam, Stefanie and Claire.

For over two months I was messed about by Entwistle Green Cleveleys regarding a property I had wanted to buy, they sent me to partner company 'Countrywide' to get a survey done having requested 'assurance' this was a Freehold property. This was incorrect, only when the solicitor got involved did it come to light the property was leasehold. Entwistle Green won't give me any refund and claim this ok for them to do so and that the information they provide doesn't have to be correct.

They provide inaccurate information, leave you out of pocket, they will avoid you if you try and speak with them as they claim to be on holiday every week. I would sincerely suggest avoiding this company completely. I am disgusted and heartbroken at the way they have dealt with my complaint and am now seeking a reputable agent to buy from.
