From the moment I viewed the property to collecting the keys, Cromwells have been amazing! There were many bumps in the road to get to completion but at each point Sally, Kate and Chanelle were phenomenal, checking in with me, consoling me and supporting me. I can't express my gratitude enough, the service provided by this estate agency was always on point.
I wanted to view the property on numerous occasions over the course and it was never any trouble. I felt like they really had my back when there was a possibility that the property was to be remarketed, a big thanks to Sally for this who put in a lot of work to ensure it didn't happen. Everyone I dealt with at Cromwells were fantastic and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

We had a great experience with Cromwells from start to finish. Sam was really professional, giving us a realistic valuation and listing our property on the market within 2 days of initial contact! The whole team kept us well informed at all stages between accepting the offer and completion. Special thanks to Hayley in sales progression who was absolutely amazing throughout.
Unfortunately we didn't have the best solicitor, and trying to get an update was like trying to get blood from a stone, but Hayley always had the answers to our questions and if she didn't know would find out and update us the same day. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cromwells to anyone looking to buy/sell within the Wallington area. Keep up the good work guys!

We have had a very good experience with using Cromwells. Right from the start, Sam took the pictures and arranged the property to be shown on all the usual websites, this was done in the same day that the photos were taken. Very helpful, professional staff who arranged the viewings on our property and took charge of the viewings so we did not have to worry.
Any queries i had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use again (although hopefully not too soon!) and would recommend to anyone to use Cromwells for a smooth transaction
