Currell

Currell (now trading as Savills) was the worst block management company I have had the misfortune to deal with, and made the lives of residents and leaseholders a misery. Urgent emails would go unanswered for months on end, a failing water system took two years to be fixed, block managers (who gave up/were fired every few months) were inept and ineffective, and they failed to respond to requests for service charge account summaries (a legal requirement).

The only reason we did not take them to court was because we couldn't afford a lawyer to fight them with. Despite all of this, Elizabeth Hurry and all other management at Currell ignored every single complaint we made. A shameless, money-grabbing, enterprise with no respect for clients.

We have recently moved into a flat managed by Currell and since we moved in have experienced a few problems. We contacted the management immediately and on several occasions since, however they have so far failed to take action to resolve the issues or keep records of the problems.
