As a buyer, I found the wide majority of estate agents see their role as opening and closing the door of flats. Or worse, flooding your email with irrelevant online listings using filters even broader than websites. In this context, I have to say Abel at Dexters really stood out as a real pro (which prompts me to write this review), who knows the market, shares expertise and advice, and really aims to know and remember what you're looking for to match you with the right properties. Although in the end the flat I bought wasn't advertised by Dexters, I would not hesitate to recommend Abel for buyers and sellers.

The team at Dexters Islington were fantastic from start to finish. The whole office is enthusiastic, professional and know the market well. More expensive than other agents but well worth the money with the time and effort that they put in to ensure the sale goes through on track with the co-ordination between the estate agents, solicitors and other parties. Special thanks to Dan who managed it all from start to finish and was brilliant throughout.

Outstanding service and professionalism. Shay, Jude, Louisa and the team have redefined my view of estate agents.they made renting our house a painless experience. The level of communication, knowledge, and professionalism as well as the high number of viewers made the process pleasant and ensured a good outcome. Other agents chased us relentlessly but Dexters had a much friendlier approach which means we would recommend them without hesitation.

Vanessa from Dexters was very easy to work with, she was very responsive while communicating and finding and sharing extra information with us, this was helpful especially since we are new to London. They helped us find a place and move in fast. Shay from Dexters was also very helpful during our reference check and cleared all doubts regarding payments etc. Highly recommend!

Outstanding estate agents! When I chose to go with Dexters to sell my flat I'd lost faith in estate agents and that my flat would ever sell. Dexters charged a little more commission than other agents but was worth every penny. Karen and her team have been excellent right from the start. My flat was under offer within weeks. The team kept up regular communication, were professional and went that extra mile to help me prepare for completion. I only with I'd gone with them sooner!

Jude from the agency was great when my partner and I were looking for a new flat. Really professional, and after having to deal with really pushy agents from other agencies he was a breath of fresh air. We ended up signing with them for a wonderful 2-bedroom apartment he showed us. He has been really helpful and guided us through all the steps to complete the tenancy agreement. Highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to move!

So I'm househunting.that dreaded task I seem to have to do all-too-often! Walking down Essex Road last week, I saw the bright neon orange facade of 'My Pad' Real Estate Agents, so popped in for a chat. The agent I spoke to was nice, and they seemed to have lots of places on offer - a little out of my budget, but nice nonetheless. Fingers crossed they might have the house of my dreams sometime soon!
