Our estate agent was Gino Gerardo, who was professional as well as nice and caring! He first gave us good recommandations in the area, then accompanied us through the process without pressuring us too much, unlike most agents, and finally helped us have our extra contract requests accepted by the landlord. It all went very smoothly, a rare thing in London's estate market - so 5 stars!

I have been super-impressed with the service from Hotblack Desiato, who helped me to prepare my flat for rental (photos, marketing, new carpets, certs for Gas, Electricity and EPC, Garden tidy, some small jobs done, pre-tenancy cleaning etc) and found tenants all within a month of my first meeting with them. The agents - I worked with Daniel, Diriye and Gino - are all very efficient, responsive and professional. I highly recommend them.

My partner and I moved from Australia to London in July of this year. After dealing with a few real estate agents, Gino was by far the best. Gino helped us to secure a beautiful two bedroom flat in Highbury, he was extremely helpful and provided us with heaps of information about the area, how tenancies work in London, bills, rates etc. I would definitely recommend Gino and Hotblack Desiato to anyone I know looking for a property.

I have only ever used Hotblack Desiato to let my flat flat and I intend to continue to do so. They ALWAYS have an excellent selection of potential renters ready and waiting - often the only difficulty I have had is knowing which tenants to pick! The team simply could not be more friendly or efficient. If you want quality assured tenants and service use them. Simples as they say.

Gino recently helped me to secure a tenancy is a lovely, one bedroom property in Highbury. Gino is an excellent communicator and he provided regular updates throughout the process. He was also available to talk about the terms of the tenancy and provided useful feedback on where common understanding could be reached. He is a nice person and very professional, I would recommend him to my friends and would contact him in the future if I was looking to move.
