If I can give this agency a zero. I would. I was contacted by Mariam after making an enquiry for a studio. On the day of the viewing 2 hours before we were due to meet she failed to notify me that the tenant had 'tonsillitis' & would not allow visitors for viewings had I not called ahead of the viewing she wouldn't have told me and expected me to show up to a property I haven't enquired about.

Then the story changed that she 'forgot' to send me a confirmation email and if I can meet her two hours before our viewing! She apologised and said she can reschedule for Monday and I told her it falls on a bank holiday in which she responds 'I'll be there I promise' Monday comes and of course she cancels because it is indeed a 'bank holiday' without a follow up to reschedule for another day.

Then she calls me 5 days after the original date of our viewing to tell me the property I initially enquired about is gone and she will send me other prospects and to this day every time she said she will send an email she actually doesn't. Avoid if you're looking for a professional service who value your time

I've had a viewing for a studio flat with one of the team members Adanna and she was extremely helpful! Even to this day she notifies me of new properties that match my specific needs, she even made sure to answer my questions and give me a call during her breaks, loved her!. The whole team has always been very friendly and helpful during my tenancy with them. They have always resolved any issues very quickly, including all the maintenance as they happened. They had a very approachable attitude, which is very rare to find from estate agents, they are honest and keep to their word, always been fair and professional.
