Very professional and helpful staff, especially as it was my first time renting a flat in West London.

I have recently renewed contract for second time and process has been easy. They are always giving prompt answers to email and over all very happy with the service.

Terrible landlords! Avoid them. They are so unprofessional and rude. Katarina was the worst. Such a rude nasty woman. She would always talk down to me and would just barge into my flat without knocking. Managed to speak politely to my partner though! Would openly flirt with him in front of me and just ignore me. Had so many problems with the boiler that they refused to fix. Honestly, it was the most unhappy period of my life living in that property.

Very impressed with the service from all the staff at Shield. Very responsive and committed to a positive outcome. We've got the property we wanted at the price we wanted - overall very satisfied with their friendly and professional approach.

Run away from them. Unreliable, erratic behaviours. People very difficult to deal with. A true headache. Avoid Katarina.

I have been with Shield Property for two years now and Katarina has always been lovely to deal with. If ever something broke it was fixed straight away and I was very happy with the apartment.

I was a tenant in a property managed by Shield. They were professional, efficient and pleasure to deal with.

Not often one to write reviews, but I have recently found and am still finding Shield Property to be the most unreliable, corrupt and un-truthful of property agents. Promises made are never followed through, and the land lords are not to be trusted. Katie, you should be ashamed of your service - your manner is not welcome and it is a shame that your service has put a cloud over the company. Whilst I would urge anyone to go elsewhere when looking at houses, if you do pursue a contract with Shield Property - ask for Joanna to be your point of contact as she seems to be making the best of what she can.

Terrible customer service! They were rude whenever I rang up to report an issue/problem. They left me without any hot water or heating for over 6 weeks over the Christmas period & I had a 1 yr old living with me as well! On a few occasions they let themselves into my flat at 7:30 am whilst I was still in bed asleep! They wandered straight into the bedroom with 2 men.

They claimed they were there to check the boiler. The boiler was not in the bedroom. I used to pay my rent in cash & hand it in to their office. I rang one day to ask for their account details as I was heavily pregnant & could no longer manage the journey to their office. A few days later they chose to evict me. I had always paid my rent & had not damaged anything in the property. Hammersmith & Fulham council told me to refuse to leave & squat.

As I was in hospital giving birth they boarded up the front door & threw my belongings out on the street including things for the new baby! When I confronted them they said I had told them I had moved out & given permission for my belongings to be destroyed. Absolute bollocks!

This agency has gone the extra mile to offer all different services, and they go above and beyond what other agencies do. I can highly recommend Shield Property Service to anyone who's looking to move into the area.
