Once in a while someone lives up to their promises and I can recommend Adam at Tates for his professionalism and personal service. He helped us sell a mansion flat in need of a makeover. The price achieved compared favourably with local square metre rates and the sale process was as painless as one could hope for. His local knowledge contributed to his ability to pitch the price and find the buyers. Communication was good throughout and both to us and the conveyancers. Properties from Tates are of great value and their selection is really good. Kevin took us around to see properties that we had not spotted in their listing, with a great eye for recognising what we look for in a good one. We found our place through his recommendation. We found the whole process with Tates and in particular with Kevin and Anne-Marie extremely efficient, from paperwork to communication to second viewing of our chosen place. We can't recommend their services enough and hope you will find your cosy home through Tates.

Finding and renting a flat with tates has been very straight forward and made the 100+ mile move very stress free. On all calls the staff were so friendly and helpful, and would follow things up to ensure nothing was ever missed. Kevin especially was so helpful, arriving before office hours to handover keys for my convenience and responding to any queries about the property at a drop of a hat. Thank you!

Tates are the best estate agents I have rented with so far! They are a well managed, professional business. Whenever there is an issue with the flat, Charlotte our lovely property manager always responds immediately and acts as soon as the landlord gets back to her. They always get professionals to fix any problems with the flat which is always nice as there is no messing around. Would recommend!

Tates is a very efficient professional property management company! We had a few issues with the flat over the last months, and they always react super fast, proactively, and every thing ended up being fixed in a short time! And also, they are working with very good quality professional third parties (plumber, electrician, utilities management.). I am happy to leave a positive review to Tates, so far they are the best property management services I had! And special kudos for Caroline the Director who is available even on weekend for emergencies, and Charlotte our flat's manager for all her help lately!
