Craig qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1989 and Chartered Arbitrator in 1991. He previously worked as Head of Commercial for Savills Nottingham Office and was Head of Property at Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation, effectively managing a whole town! He brings this wealth of experience to the management team to ensure that our clients get excellent advice. In the early 1990's Nick worked in commercial agency for CBRE in Sydney. He has a wealth of experience in the London residential property market, spanning over 25 years.

We are proactive, meeting our clients' needs every time. We provide transparent information, budgets, accounts and other financial data will be delivered on time, every time. We communicate clearly and punctually on all matters; our staff are qualified, experienced, friendly and able to provide reliable advice on all matters concerning your building and responsibilities.
We orchestrate and administer all periodic maintenance contracts, ensuring that they are suitably robust, covering the building and estate needs. These contracts typically include communal utility supplies, fire alarms, emergency lighting, lifts, pumping stations, television service, entry systems, car park gates, cleaning, gardening, security, drains, gutters, water tank hygiene, boilers, air conditioning, heat interface units and pest control. We visit every building, at least quarterly, but can tailor our inspections to your requirements.
Well organised and tended blocks and estates will have ongoing maintenance programmes to keep the fabric in good condition. This not only keeps your investment valuable and safe, but it also provides for planned cyclical maintenance and avoids substantial building defects. Such matters could include the installation of a fire alarm system, emergency lighting, re-wiring, lift replacement, new roof, internal or external repairs and redecorations for which there are strict laws regarding costs.
We understand the importance of your corporate reputation and legacy which is why we never lose sight of the requirements not just when a scheme is launched but every year thereafter. We have always found the team at Craig Sheehan to be extremely responsive, always ready and willing to help and to look after the best interests of residents. We've had correspondence mostly with Nick and Janie, both of whom are a pleasure to deal with. Any issues that have been within their remit have always been dealt with swiftly, and therefore as a block and estate management company we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Poor qualiity works, no communication, rudeness, over priced, takes no responsibility, no proactive work, takes no responsbility, everything is someone else's fault. We have works going on since November 2020 which should have taken no more than 3-5 months. They are still going on.no contractors on site for 2 months, left our building in a terrible state. Craig Sheehan takes no responsibility for this whatsoever. Blames contractors, blames his surveyor, blames leaseholders. EVeryone's fault except the managing agents. Avoid like the plague.

Recently reached the conclusion of ownership of a property which was managed by Craig Sheehan Block Management. Disappointed does not cover my experience with this company. The entire experience of our involvement with them has been devastating. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism, and I wish it only stopped there, moreover they do not adhere to their obligations and are down right rude and offensive.
I have never left a review for any business previously, but I feel so strongly to warn others that I feel obliged. Update following response: Dear Craig, appreciate your response, although somewhat surprised to have a response from you, as this was entirely absent during our time with you and when we pled with you to resolve the issues of my walls being full of damp due to lack of maintenance. Less surprising however to continue to read your continuance of making false statements, but at least your offensive and personal remarks have ceased. Such a shame.

Craig sheehan have always been absolutely professional in their work looking after my property portfolio and if there have ever been problems with tenant matters, maintenance issues etc then they have always communicated very quickly and have sorted out the issues very quickly and in a very cost effective manner. I intend using them on new properties and have recently recommended then to others.
