Marks career began in the early 90's working in corporate estate agency, based in both Nailsea and then Bristol. Mark then moved on to brokering Mortgages before opening Hunter Leahy in 1999. Mark leads a team of highly-motivated and professional staff, combining his wealth of local knowledge with credible sales experience to drive the business forward at all opportunities.

In a recent property transaction, speaking from a purchaser's perspective, I found Hunter Leahy to be honest and straightforward to deal with. Fiona and Yvonne in particular were brilliant at explaining everything to me and helping to keep moving the process along, working through any issues that arose and being generally proactive. Where do I start! I was using an online conveyancing company who ended up with a data breach, and were incommunicado for over 5 weeks! Hunter Leahy were in constant touch with me and tried to contact my conveyancer numerous times on my behalf too! In the end, I decided the only thing to do would be to change conveyancer and Hunter Leahy put me in touch with a local conveyancer who did a fantastic job and everything was sorted in 2 weeks! I would heartily recommend Hunter Leahy if you are considering moving house. We've finally completed after 8 months. Hunter Leahy have stuck with us through thick and thin and I can't thank Yvonne, Sarah and Liam enough for their efforts. It's not been an easy ride, but they've carried all of the stress for us which has enabled my husband and I to continue with our busy lives. Would not use them to sell or let a property. They get customers to use the trade entrance around the back even with an appointment and do not apologize when a mistake has been recognised! They also do not do any research to properties regarding parking, and ignore any questions asked, and lie about keeping you in the loop or contacting you with the answer in a timely manner.

I found both properties I was interested in through Hunter Leahy. The first property was taken off the market by the seller then covid and lock down and finally the second property I liked which I went forward with and which I now own. It was a long process with a few unavoidable ups and downs but I always found all the staff I had contact with to be efficient, friendly and very helpful.
