It was obvious right away that Bonds know the local market extremely well. They advised on a realistic guide price to get the maximum interest in the property, and the photographs and advertising of the property were excellent. After we accepted an offer that we were extremely pleased with, Rowena kept us informed of progress and her advice on ironing out the inevitable queries that come with house sales was invaluable, resulting in a prompt completion. Several years ago, Bonds found me a house in Falfield and then 7 years later sold it after a first viewing. Recently, they sold my house in Thornbury for the asking price.
