In his three years working in Lettings with KH, Joshua has made his mark a hard-working and likeable member of the team. In that time he's honed his negotiating skills and developed his local knowledge. His enquiring mind has seen him explore the city of Bristol and places further afield, such is his love of travel.

Exceptional - May '22. notwithstanding the multitude of complexities that selling a house during Covid times can bring along with a delayed Sale, Kendall Harper (KH) have aced it, again. From house sale photos, viewings to the smaller elements - attention to detail has been second to none. Over the last 20 years I've completed the whole KH lifecycle from buying, letting and now selling.
During that time I've dealt with other Estate Agent firms, but none of them have ever been as slick as Kendall Harper. This small independent packs a comprehensive punch in terms of its portfolio of services and the way in which those services are delivered by reply. Dhani, Gemma, Alex and Ann and the wider KH team have recently provided me with a fantastic and fully comprehensive service, making the overall stressful process of selling far more bearable over the last 6 months. A tricky sale that dragged a little was made all the more palatable by this great team of people. Starting with the competitive rates, spectacular photography for the advert and top of the line customer interaction, my property had an offer for 15K over asking price within a matter of weeks! Not to say about the reams of people queuing up to see my property! Kendall Harper balances the professionalism of what is expected from an established brand versus the care and attention of an independent, local agency - which was exactly what was advertised at the start. Gemma and Ann kept me well informed of updates and were willing to go the extra mile to get me over the line. Please, take this advice.

Really poor form from the Lettings team. We'd registered on a cancellation list for viewing a property we were keen on, and days later when a place became available, we weren't given 30mins to return their call before they'd already given our slot to the next person. I appreciate the market is very busy at the moment, and you just want to get viewings booked and move on - but that shouldn't be at the cost of treating people fairly. Do better.

Trying to communicate with these people is like trying to get blood out of a stone. Of course, we were only renters so probably 2nd class citizens in their eyes, but it would be nice when you reported a problem that you didn't have to constantly chase them up to find out what's happening. Would be nice if they took issues like mould and damp seriously.
Because of course, as a renter, I love having a damp-filled bedroom that's impossible to heat. Even when they told us the landlord wanted to sell and asked us if we wanted to buy they still are unable to communicate what's going on. So we bought a house elsewhere. Oh well. Loved the crafty rent increase too. During a routine property inspection, someone other bloke came around too just because he fancied a look.
Like you do. Then a week or so later, we get an email saying it's come to their attention that they've never done a rent evaluation. Well actually they had, but the landlord had decided not put the rent up. Anyway, so this extra bloke during the inspection was in fact doing a crafty rent evaluation and our rent went up. Of course, they couldn't actually communicate this to us because they seem to treat renters like idiot children. They'll probably deny that. Whatever. Terrible communication skills by nearly everyone there.

Me and my partner recently moved flat with the help of Kendall Harper. We were struggling to find a flat that was pet-friendly, as most agencies immediately rejected us without any discussion. Luckily, Kendall Harper was really helpful and cooperative and helped us find a flat with a pet-friendly landlord. The application process was easy, and we were able to arrange a COVID-safe viewing quickly (and without an extortionate holding fee like other agencies wanted!). Samantha helped us throughout the whole process of applying and referencing, and made the process smooth and stress-free for us. Would definitely recommend Kendall Harper if you're looking to move!

We've recently relocated and Kendall Harper made our move really simple and easy, despite some issues with references. Sam Warren was really professional and super helpful and had arranged for somebody to come round and inspect some damage even before we had arrived. We recently rented out our home through Kendall Harper. Geoff Clyesdale and Sam Warren were our contacts who were both very nice to deal with. They were friendly, communicative and professional. Having not rented out our home before, once they'd found some tenants for us (not including a Covid related last minute cancellation), they helped guide us through all the necessary paperwork, certificates etc quickly and efficiently. I could not recommend them more highly.

Highly recommended - We let our property with Kendall Harper on a 'tenant find' basis for nearly six years now and must say the lettings team really are excellent. Following a tenant giving notice recently they provided us with 5 good quality offers to rent our house within the first 4 days. The tenants they have found for us have always been really decent people and any advice we have ever needed has always been readily forthcoming and very helpful.
