Received this email below a month after my offer was accepted and later saw the property sold to somebody else 2 days later for a different price. ------------------------- Hi Lukasz, Unfortunately the vendor has decided to withdraw the property from the market. This was unforeseen by us and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. I had a very good experience buying a house though Moorfields. They were personable, honest and experienced ie unlike all of the other estate agents I met whilst searching for a house in Bristol! I mainly dealt with Mark and he was such a decent guy, who was also happy to recommend local tradesmen once I'd moved in. Throughout the whole buying process which can be incredibly stressful, Moorfields were helpful and supportive and I never felt hassled and they kept in touch weekly. Would definitely recommend.

We were recommended to Moorfields Estate agent and met Charlie who has provided us a complete service from finding a property suitable of our family. If there is an issue he will be at the end of the phone. He is extremely professional, kind and considerate. I would highly recommend this estate agent. A full professional service throughout.

I bought a property through Moorfields around a year ago and received excellent and professional service. Despite my rather challenging conveyancing firm (found by myself elsewhere regretfully!), Mark remained patient and professional throughout. Charlie has been absolutely amazing - most helpful and kind estate agent I've ever come across! He helped me rent a property despite not being able to visit myself to view, always just a text or call away to answer my questions. He has gone above and beyond to make sure everything has run smoothly and even helped me out on a Sunday when I was locked out my back gate. I've been with Moorfield since 2010 and started renting a studio then, moved to a flat after two years. My whole experience has been great as Charlie, my agent, has always done his best to provide solutions in a very professional and friendly manner when having any issues with the properties I rent. I have used this Estate Agent to find tenants several times now. Highly professional, very thorough, making sure the interests of the tenants and the landlord are taken care of. Paperwork always up to date. Never had any problems, always found professional tenants who have kept my house well, on leaving, got their full deposit back because they have been respected the property. Would recommend. In that time I've always found the team to be very proactive and protective of my interests as a landlord whilst ensuring I meet all obligations to the Tenant, even encouraging me to go over and beyond to nurture goodwill. The fully managed service is extremely good value and I have never had a single rent payment missed and that is due in part to their diligence in vetting potential tenants and ensuring my property is an appropriate fit i.e.
