They were ok. I had to do alot of chasing for information and updates and often either wouldnt hear back at all or there would be a big delay. Now weve moved in we were told to let them know if the sold sign was still outside which we did. Were informed the chap was on holiday but 3 weeks later and another email we still havent heard anything. If you want to use this estate agent they arent terrible but they arent very responsive or prompt.

Stephen Maggs were the letting agent for the property in Stockwood that I have just vacated. I've rented a number of properties over the years but the service from Stephen Maggs, especially Nigel Maule has been second to none. Totally professional and no problem was too big or too small. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

The way this agency handling offers were horrendous. So disappointing process with their sales negotiator Cliff! He talks like his was above buyers. Buyers be aware! - (Today just saw the property sold price and has appeared on Zoopla, way below our offer back in time? They've manipulated the seller and buyers and the market! Not surprised all other agencies do the same thing though. When will we have a more transparent, genuine and cleaner housing market?)
