The Flat Specialist Estate & Valuers has been established in Eastbourne since January 2001. We deal exclusively with the sale of flats and apartments. Since then, the company has grown to being one of the best and well regarded agents in Eastbourne, with many vendors returning to us to sell their property when they come to move. Our staff have a wealth of local knowledge and have been selling flats in Eastbourne for over 18 years.

A very professional estate agents. After dealing with agents who have wasted my time, never returning calls and stating " we can't do viewings Saturday only today". How about people that cannot view on the day the agents are conducting the viewings. I found this estate agency open, upfront, very professional and on the ball. Would highly recommend

Such a professional company, both Nick and Sophie are just great at what they do, personally I just can't relate to some of these reviews. Both are helpful, efficient but most of all honest which is a very rare thing in this industry. Having used a few agents over the years The Letting Specialist are top of my list for both renting and selling.

Worst company I have ever interacted with, their staff member Sophie in particular was incredibly rude. My address was used incorrectly to which I received no apology just short and aggressive responses to my concerns and blaming everyone else. I have other properties which I rent out and I would not trust The Letting Specialist to manage these nor would I recommend to anyone looking to rent a property as they also breach GDPR giving out names and addresses of tenants they support.

VERY poor company and would not recommend. Retains holding fee when they let the property to someone else. Very incompetent and county court proceedings will now be taken against Nick and his company. Extremely poor service and would not recommend giving ANY money to this company as if anything happens will be retained and you will not have it back.
