We have spent quite a lot of time house hunting in the Brighton and Hove area and we were repeatedly let down by estate agents. Poor or no communication and unprofessional. We got to the point of doubting that we'll ever find a home. That all changed on the day we met Anne. From the first moment she was happy and easy to talk to. We started our viewing and she was very helpful and knowledgeable but, yet not intrusive, giving us the space and the time to have a private chat. Having Anne's professional guidance made a difference and we felt confident in purchasing our new home. Anne had the answers to almost all our questions and she provided the rest of the information immediately. Her lovely manner and professionalism makes all the difference.

Having bought and sold five times in Brighton & Hove I think I've dealt with most of the city's estate agents. Had a very happy experience with Goldin Lemcke who are experts on the West Hove / Aldrington area. They helped us through a tricky sale and purchase at the same time and would definitely be my first choice if I had to sell in that area again. Recommended.

Goldin Lemcke is an Estate Agent with not only excellent customer service but experience in understanding life issues. Simon and his team are professional, available and able to deliver to a meritorious standard, where sadly less experienced agents fail. If YOU want a straight forward, hardworking, honest estate agent, IMO this is the place to be in Hove.
