On taking possession you will need to pay the first months rent and a five week deposit (subject to terms) which will be held in the tenancy deposit scheme.

We cannot fault the service at Whitlock and Heaps. We have been dealing with Jack over the last few months and nothing has been too much trouble, he has been so helpful and informative. As first time buyers we cannot recommend Whitlock and Heaps enough. We had had a poor experience before buying our current property and the difference when we were dealing with Whitlock and Heaps was enormous. Our purchase was not without problems but Jack was always communicative, responsive and essentially held our hand through the stressful process.
He went above and beyond being in almost daily contact and coming up with solutions to the seemingly constant problems we were experiencing with a solicitor. 5 star service, you couldn't ask for a better estate agent. I've never left a Google review before but it really was service worth shouting about!

Julianna has looked after my rental property for the past 7 years and she is amazing to deal with. The tenants are really happy, I'm happy and I know the property is in good hands with her. If there are any issues I know she will resolve them and if she has any queries I know she will engage me for the benefit of both me and the tenant. A first class person to deal with from all perspectives.

It is not all true what people say about estate agents, there are some genuine estate agents (especially the family run ones) who do offer a personal service like Whitlock & Heaps. I used Whitlock & Heaps and found them completely honest and responsive. Communication was excellent throughout the process and was always kept in the loop throughout. I am not local and this did not matter as the estate agent did everything that needed to be done to ensure a good personal service which is rare these days. Thank you Whitlock & Heaps for reassuring me throughout the process.

We had an amazing amount of interest in the property and Jack gave us great guidance on going to sealed bids as there was so many viewings. The team at Whitlock & Heaps are brilliant. We sold our house in poets corner with Jack and his team and we couldn't recommend them highly enough. What has impressed us the most is the customer service that Jack and his team gave us. They followed up immediately after every viewing with detailed feedback from the viewings and next steps. The found is a buyers very quickly and they have been an amazing support through the process working with us directly and the solicitors they really have gone above and beyond what you could expect.
