My purchase was very difficult and drawn out during the testing time of covid restrictions. Louise was always professional, she did her best for both the seller and for me the buyer. The purchase had many problems due to personal circumstances first for the seller and than in the last week I had problems with my lender. Moving is stressful at the best of times, but the team at Brices went above and beyond to make the whole experience smooth. My wife and I used Brices when we moved to Brighton to help us find our flat for a short 6-month stay. While we were from the U.S. and there were additional hoops to jump through, they were very supportive and helpful with everything throughout the entire process. When it came time that we had to unfortunately had to leave early, Brices was still very helpful in arranging everything with the landlord and even ensuring we were able to receive back as much money as possible, even though we were leaving before our agreement. Overall, they were very personal and always very responsive to any problems we had with our flat, and in general just made our time there a breeze. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a flat in the Brighton & Hove area.

I cannot recommend Brices enough. I was lucky enough to have Ellie dealing with my let and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely 5 service.

This is my first time as a landlord and it was my own fault for not doing any research when it came to finding a letting agent, I simply went to the first one I noticed on my high street which was Brices and right now I am just waiting for the 2 year contract to be up so I can get rid of them. The service is just terrible, to the point where my tenant had to ask to contact me and once she got in touch she said the management of the property was very bad. Brices have multiple people who change regularly, it is difficult to understand who to contact for what with so many change. They take weeks to fix a problem and my tenant complained that they ignored her and she had to contact them numerous times about the same thing.

I decided not to renew my contract with this agent because i couldn't get anything done in time to improve the overall living standards of the property which ultimately affected my well-being. I gave my notice in writing and handed over the property in a better condition than i found it. Alas the agent didn't want to give me back my deposit. Their level of professionalism is definitely way below the belt and it makes me wonder why they are there simply to frustrate people and not fulfill their obligations.

I have been using Brices as my letting agent for around 5 years. They are professional, efficient, responsive and effective. They are especially good because they are owned and run by women, and they have a dog or two in their office. I have a tendency to think I'm being ripped off. Louise and Ellie have worked really hard to let me know that I can trust them completely.

There have been some complicated building issues that they have dealt with on my behalf without any fuss or complaints; they used their knowledge and skill to resolve the problems quickly and efficiently whilst communicating with the tenants and keeping them happy. At this point, I believe that Brices deserves every penny of their commission and that actually, I think they are very good value. I'm not sure what else to say except that I'm very impressed, if I was to sell my flat I wouldn't bother contacting another Estate Agent.
