Dean & co were very professional and courteous from the first contact with Les. The knowledge and experience Les, Adam and Ryan have was invaluable and they kept me fully updated through many delays. It was due to be a reasonably straightforward process with only a short chain, however it proved to be very difficult. Despite all the delays and frustrations at the bottom of the chain, Les remained helpful, cheery, affable and reassuring which made the long winded process more bearable. Dean and Co were extremely helpful with my relocation from London to Hove. Adam the Sales Exec was honest and understanding throughout the process and gave me plenty of time to view the property we purchased. When it came to having our independent building survey done Adam put me in contact with specialists who were able to comment on survey extracts and provide timely quotes for work and managed to save 50% on somewhat exaggerated estimates in the building survey. I have been so impressed with Dean & Co since the minute I first called them. Trying to find somewhere to rent at the moment is such a worrying and stressful time, but Dean & Co have made the whole process so much easier and took away all that worry. I have been dealing with Marion who has been so kind, so understanding, professional and has always responded to my queries promptly. I first used Dean & Co to provide me with a property valuation for probate. This they did free of charge, and I was so impressed by Les's knowledge of the local area, his friendliness and honesty that I had no hesitation in using them again to sell my property, and I wasn't disappointed. Wanted to leave a review to let others know how impressed i have been throughout the entire process of selling my flat through Dean & co. From the initial listing and viewings through to completion service was outstanding. In between were several hurdles which were no issue for them and met with persistence and professionalism. Ryan consistently sourced homes that were great matches for me and always responded to me quickly. If, like me the thought of dealing with estate agents makes you want to jump off the nearest cliff, then the guys at Dean & Co are a breath of fresh air. They are a smaller organisation than the big high street ones so you get a bit more of a friendly and honest service. There's nothing more annoying than an estate agent turning up in his BMW, covered in hair gel to show you a shoe box that doesn't in anyway fit the description of what you're looking for.
These guys really take the time to show you around places that may actually interest you and don't do the whole 'hard sell' thing afterwards. This is how we found our home anyway
