Rachel from garner canning is literally a god send. Our sellers were using garner canning to sell their home to us. I am not regularly inclined to leave reviews, but having used the services of this estate agency I cannot speak highly enough of the owners Martyn and Leigh. In my experience they they are very professional, pro-active and straight forward. Their knowledge of the local property market is second to none. Martyn and Leigh have done a great job during an extremely difficult time, the house sold within days! There was some difficulty with the purchasers conveyancing but Martyn kept us informed every step of the way and also kept in contact with the purchaser to encourage the completion. Just completed on the sale of a house through Garner Canning in Castle Bromwich we had had the property as a let via them too, in both cases we can speak highly of both Leigh & Martyn.
