Buying Report

We offer a consultancy service through our connections which will speed up your buying process. We charge according to the management services requested. We charge 10% commission on the gross rent received.

Sales Report

When selling a property we do not have a set commission, we will negotiate withindividual vendors. When we put your property on the market we will provide a 'For Sale' board at the property. We'll also advertise your property in the 'Property News', local papers, our mail shots and on our website. Once you have chosen to market your property with us, please call our dedicated team to arrange a verbal valuation.

Letting Report

I.D, reference, current wage slips, proof of address & all tenants are subject to credit checks. When letting a property, we'll provide a 'To Let' board at the property address. We'll also advertise your property in the 'Property News', local papers, our mail shots and we'll advertise the letting on our website.

Cash Sales Report

We've retained customers and a property dealers network who have given Forward Estates open instructions to purchase properties on their behalf. Our retained customers will complete the purchase of your property within 28 days. Completion will take place within 28 days from the date that the contract has been recieved at the purchasers solictors office.

Terrible terrible service. I rang up to see if they had any 2 bedroom properties that may be available, the receptionist was really rushed in answering, seemed unbothered with my enquiry and was very dismissive, as I went to say "ok thank you anyway" she slammed the phone down on me befor I could even get through the word thank you. I will never tell anyone to use this service ever again! So disgusting
