I have been very impressed with James Laurence, who have recently sold my property. Having previously had a poor experience with Purple Bricks, I instructed James Laurence to help sell my property. I have worked with Henry throughout the whole process and have found him to be very professional and knowledgeable as well as being efficient. It can't be stressed enough how important this is to have an estate agent that responds quickly, negotiates well and truly understands the market (especially during uncertain times like recently with the cover pandemic).

James Laurence as an agency are always very easy to get hold of and prompt to respond to enquiries. Lottie specifically has been so helpful in trying to help me find a new place to live - responding out of hours and going above and beyond to try and help. She has arranged viewings last minute and nothing is ever too much of an ask for her. I could not recommend enough!

I rented for many years with James Laurence before I became a homeowner and they were always excellent letting agents when I was a tenant. This is why when I decided to rent out my own property, I went to them first. I have not been disappointed by the professionalism, responsiveness, and care they have taken with the process. Charlotte B, (the Area Lettings Manager) in particular has been nothing but stellar.

From the beginning she was very responsive, explained all levels of service and costs to me carefully, communicated with me at every step and has managed the process (even when there were some delays my end) with care and professionalism. The speed with which my place has been rented out is just outstanding (special thanks to Lottie who did the viewings.super efficient!) and the online system to be able to manage my account is just my cup of tea. I spent quite a long time looking for the right apartment to rent on my move up to Birmingham and Melissa Wilson was fantastic throughout the process. On my first visit up to Birmingham for a viewing Melissa lined up some extra viewings on the day that fit the criteria and continued to send over options that were actually aligned to what I was looking for. Melissa then helped me through the tenancy application process through to signing. I found the agency professional to work with and someone was always on hand.

Jamie at James Laurence was so helpful and professional. My partner original viewed the apartment before i could see it. Jamie went above and beyond and went out of his way to ensure i could view it once we had accepted. Whilst transitioning over again Jamie took the time to allow up to come in and measure up for some of our furniture and continued to touch base regularly with us to ensure we were happy. Jamie is extremely friendly and chatty which made the whole experience very easy and there was nothing that he would not do to ensure we had everything we wanted and needed before moving.
