Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness I have rented home from the company and it is in very bad condition. These people are not responding to the calls neither fixing these problems

The current manager is very professional, attentive and friendly. The services I was provided during my time renting one of their property was exceptional and could recommend them to private landlords. Nadia Khan is fair and understanding to tenant needs.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALLCOSTS TERRIBLE PEOPLE. ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ON HERE ARE BY THE STAFF/OWNER'S FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THESE PEOPLE ARE ABSOLUTLY HORRENDOUS TO WORK WITH. NO PROPERTY, REGARDLESS OF HOW AFFORDABLE AND NICE IT IS, IS WORTH HAVING TO DEAL WITH THIS LOT. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Really unprofessional service from Hana Khan and the rest of the team at Glenthorpe homes. Booked in a viewing with my property designer and nobody showed up to greet him. He travelled 5 hours to get to the property and ended up having to have a neighbour let him in because everyone had the day off, despite the fact Hana confirmed the viewing. Replies have been really slow from Hana and also the general mailbox. Was told the property on Princess Street had been thoroughly cleaned but was disgusting inside and it clearly hadn't been. If this is how Hana and the team operate, I am very surprised by the fact they are still in business and I would recommend that any landlords seek business elsewhere.

While there are mixed reviews here, my collaboration so far with Glenthorpe has been exceptional. Amazingly fast to respond to viewing requests, fast tenancy securing process (referencing, etc.) and even more important, very prompt to respond to any queries during the tenancy and to help to the best of their abilities.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Totally unprofessional agency. Home run agency without any set processes. Hana and a Nadia were my contacts. I should have read reviews before going through them. All reviews are bad for this agency. Took fees but didn't follow any single procedures while renting out. No property photos taken, no records of inventory. Given in all filthy condition. Once tenancy over claimed all the deposit money with the help of owner. All 100% lies. We took matter to DPS and got our money back! I can only say AVOID at all costs.

I have rented from Glenthorpe for the past few years and am very happy with their excellent service. If any issues arise they are easily contactable and sort out in a timely manner. I find them extremely friendly and always professional, i would definitely rent from them again. Fantastic experience with this fantastic company.

Great expericence, we bought our first home through this estate agent. Would like to give a special thanks to Nadia, she was very helpful in helping this process go smoothly & was the most helpful agent. I would reccommend getting her for your property. Would use this agency again.

We decided to rent through them, paid the agency fee, from then on they messed us around, didn't respond to calls or emails, and three weeks before we were due to move in they messaged saying the landlord had changed his mind and was going to give the property to a family member. However we then found the property up for rent again, and after a lot of probing, they finally revealed the landlord wanted to rent it to a family, which either meant they were lying to begin with, or just didn't communicate their message clearly enough.

Then to top it all off, they didn't refund the agency fee in full, despite this being an indiscretion on their part! Avoid these guys at all costs, unresponsive to calls and emails, and severely lacking in empathy, dreadful customer service.
