Worst Estate Agent! Worst customer service ever. The estate agent was so rude as soon as he stepped into my house for house valuation when I was so polite to him. And to sum it all up he left the property without even starting his job. PLEASE ANYONE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Having lived in 6 rented properties since moving away from home, I can confidently, and without a doubt, say Aubrey Lee is the worst experience I have ever had. The lack of communication and professionalism was the tip of the iceberg. 1. They were disorganised - We weren't provided with an inventory and lived in the property for over 3 months before being provided with a garage key because it had been misplaced.
It took another week for them to work out which garage was ours. They suggested asking the neighbours if they knew. We requested a discount on the rent multiple times but weren't even offered a 10 per month discount. Surely the garage was included in the cost of rent? 2. They blamed us for the building's exteral damp - Even after showing proof that the building we lived in, and the two flats above us, had external damp, we were still blamed for having caused the damp and black mould.
We were promised compensation on multiple occasions but never got paid for even a single bottle of mould remover. We sent proof that we were living out of plastic boxes due to 90% of our furniture being destroyed and sent proof of multiple of our items that were damaged and thrown away. 3. We believe they already knew about the damp - A neighbour told us that the she knew the previous tenant and she had moved out due to the damp.
The property was empty for a couple of months before we moved in, however they never saw any workers going in, only prospective tenants. It seems that Aubrey Lee were waiting for someone who didn't know the signs of damp to view it and move in. 4. They didn't provide assistance - We had a nightmare finding a property to move into in our price range and we were put onto an Aubrey Lee email list containing properties way above our budget.
It took us a long time to move out and we spent hours maintaining the property and keeping the damp at bay with no help from professionals despite asking on multiple occasions. 5. Attitude - One of the females from the company arrived half an hour early for an appointment and left at the scheduled time when it was to begin. She berated us over the phone because the appointment was missed. No-one should feel ignored by their estate agents and have to wait multiple days for a call back after being promised one. I would not recommend Aubrey Lee & Co. Blackley to anyone.

This is one of the single worst estate agents that I have ever dealt with. I have just purchased a house through these guys and had nothing but problems throughout the whole process. 1. Lack of communication - The level of communication with this estate agents is beyond poor, you can call the branch and not hear anything back for days on end even being promised a return phone call. 2. W were lied to - When we purchased our property we asked on a number of occasions if there was a full set of keys for the property and had been told on a number of occasions that there was.
Upon completion I went to collect this full set of keys and instead I was presented with a single front door key (bearing in mind the property has 5 access points, including the garage door, all with locks). When questioned about the keys the employees at this branch flat out lied claiming to have never said that there was a full set of keys. 3. Attitude - the attitude of the people at the branch could not have been worse.
Every time we did get in touch we were spoken to as though we has no importance to them as a sale. Even when asking them to chase the sellers solicitors for information and my solicitors chasing for information there was no urgency or care taken over the file. I would NOT recommend Aubrey Lee & Co to anyone in dealing with them as a buyer or a seller. They displayed a real laziness in their approach to what they did, and a complete lack of professionalism. Extremely poor company.
