Moving from Scotland to London, I was preparing myself for the flat-hunting process. I heard numerous 'horror' stories about how difficult and tricky the process can get. Therefore, I was preparing myself for a highly stressful and time-consuming process. However, thanks to Clio, renting my first home in London turned out to be the most smooth and straightforward I ever had in this realm.

I was impressed with her readiness to always take an extra step to make sure all my needs and wants are accommodated. Moreover, she was extremely patient with any questions and requests I had, making her best to address them. Moreover, on the move-in day, Clio did everything possible for the property to look impeccable and welcoming. It was the first time that I, in fact, enjoyed the moving in process thanks to her effort. Overall, I feel very lucky having Clio as my letting agent, and I couldn't recommend her enough to anyone looking for the most transparent and swift flat-renting process.
