We recently purchased a house for sale with the Worsley branch of Briscome and had Ted as out point of contact. All the staff at Briscombe were great but Ted was exceptional throughout. Thanks to his determination and perseverance the sale went through. Ted would keep us updated and always returned our calls or emails. Nothing seemed to be a problem and he was always very helpful. I would highly recommend his services and of the Worsley branch. Thanks again.

Avoid, avoid, avoid unless you want the most painful experience which will cost you time, money and a huge headache. I have been both a landlord renting out a property through Briscombe and a seller of a property with them as the agent. Communication is atrocious, you have to nag to get any sort of response. Even then, it's curt at best and rude at worst.

I am in utter disbelief that they are still in business. They will promise you the world then not answer calls or emails when selling, and in the lettings space, if you are a landlord, the tenant can damage your home and yet they will take their side and tell you that you must pay the full deposit back. The only thing they look out for is their own P&L; zero care for customer or service.

My wife and I purchased what we thought would be our "forever home" in Manchester - and 6 months later, my job sent me a China! We therefore felt very fortunate to connect with Briscombes. For many years now, they have provided professional, supportive and friendly service; they are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we, as landlords, are supported whilst simultaneously making sure tenants are looked after. I simply cannot recommend the team at Briscombe highly enough.
