After 20 years of letting a property privately, I had always had some reservations about relying on an agent to handle this for me. I was concerned that the attentive, fair, respectful and friendly service I aimed to provide, would not continue. I was wrong. From the moment I met and had dealings with Dave, Michelle, Emily and the team, I had confidence that these were the values they aimed for too. From my own perspective they provide a fast, efficient, professional service and I am delighted I asked them to handle things on my behalf.

I would like to thank House and Co and all the delightful, helpful and friendly staff in both the Lettings and Sales Depts I've dealt with over the years. They really have offered an amazingly good service - dealing with things promptly even during lockdown, a really good standard of clear and useful information, local expertise and contacts and unfailing politeness and efficiency.

Recently found a rental property through House + Co - Excellent agency, super smooth, easy process. Dave and Michelle replied promptly to queries and got everything processed and sorted in a couple of days. Time from viewing to move in appointment was less than a week! Amazing! My experience of houseandco has been absolutely amazing. Everyone that I came across that worked there would always do everything they could to help, and often went above and beyond expectations. This was particularly the case where all solicitors involved seemed to be fairly clueless, and I felt houseandco did a lot more to help the process move along than the solicitors did.

Particular thanks to Ria and Jess who did a lot of work around trying to smooth over complications along the way with both selling and buying and were constantly available to offer support and advice. I would without a doubt use houseandco again in future!

I agree with all the good reviews here. House & Co are great, best agent I've ever rented from, and there's been a few over the years! I have fairly recently managed to buy my own house now, thankfully, but if I needed to rent again in the future, they would be the first agent I'd contact for that part of town. I vaguely know the guy who set this company up (through a joint friend, been out for drinks a few times way back), and he's one of the nicest blokes you could hope to meet!

House & Co. A staff were very polite and professional during the process of viewing the property and signing up for tenancy. I never had any problems with them for the whole duration of the tenancy and they have returned my deposit without fuss. No complaints. This is only the second time in countless tenancies that I can honestly make this statement. Highly recommended.

I bought and sold my property through House and Co. and they were then responsible for letting and managing the property. They have reliable and reasonably priced contractors whom they used to organise any necessary repairs. They were always professional and efficient. Dave House has been very supportive and helpful when I had to deal with a very difficult tenant. I thoroughly recommend this estate agent for both sales and letting.
