Had trouble with them answering the phone still waiting for a call back 4 days later, called to the office and was closed at 12-15 not very good service

Bought a 3 bed house. Picked up the keys this week! The office staff was friendly and helpful.

Loved the food loved the service will definitely be returning

I applied for for a house to let and gave my Paperwork on 13th May 2019. After one month of continuously calling them they ended up telling me that the house is gone and someone has moved in. They are just time wasters and will not recommend them as they will waste your time as well.

Worst agency ever. The house I was in had a rotted joist and the living room floor was sinking into the basement (you could literally see the basement whilst in the livingroom!). There was white mould throughout the house causing me chest issues. And the cause? The basement wall wasn't tanked and they refused to let their joiner tank it to prevent the problem.

Instead they just had him fix the rotted joist and replace the rotted floorboards (which he showed me had clearly been replaced at least once before as they were newer than the back floorboards yet much more dilapidated due to rotting!). So the moisture and mould was still very present and their solution to me? Have my heating on and my windows open 24/7 for as long as I live there!

The boiler never worked anyway and they again told their boiler man not to do the required fix, but instead cheaply botch it til it broke again. Their contractors looked exhausted with trying to get them to do the right thing and they never, ever did. They are monsters, plain and simple. Stay well clear!

They do not pay their contractors. The tenant whos property I was working out said they are extremely dishonest and and would try to scam you at every turn. Staff are poor at their job and happy to lie through their teeth, stealing money from honest people to line their grubby middleman scumbag pockets. Just looking at these reviews is all you need to know about these crooks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Went to see a property today with Kaye MacKenzie and I have to say it was an utter disgrace. The agent arrived flinging a one page, petty excuse for a brochure of the property. She had such an attitude the whole way through the viewing not saying a word and was just disinterested. As they were also the managing agents we pointed out various issues to address the landlord who is also a close friend of mine which she shrugged off with no care. ALL I CAN SAY IS IF YOU WANT TO SELL, AVOID THIS AGENT!

Bloody awful. They asked us to give a best and final offer - which we did. We then contacted them to follow up and was told that "we were not selected as we didn't increase our bid".well no, of course we didn't because we were told to give a best and final offer.complete waste of time and complicated processes. Avoid at all costs.

Ridiculous agent. Uninterested in booking viewings. They don't do evening or weekend viewings which is bizarre, not everyone can get time off work. No attempt to contact me when she couldn't book a Saturday viewing. We won't be contacting this agent again, far better agents in the area. Avoid these at all costs.

This company seem totally uninterested from my experience. After countless phone calls (and excuses from KMK) we finally got a date and time to view a property they were supposedly selling. We called the day before to confirm the viewing was still on, only to be told the property was no longer available nor had they any record of us arranging a viewing. They also said they had no recolection of any previous contact from us despite the numerous calls made. Real Twilight Zone experience dealing with this outfit.

I enquired about viewing a property with Kaye Mackenzie, who I have recently discovered are an unprofessional and disinterested estate agent company. The first contact with this company was in relation to the viewing of a property I was interested in buying, the woman on the phone, Gaynor said she has booked me a viewing and the confirmation will be sent via email. 5 weeks later, 9 phone calls and numerous failed viewings due to; no staff available for viewings that day, tenants being in, tenants on holiday and religious days, still no viewing and what seems like a company suspiciously reluctant of selling the house in question. Finally, a viewing arranged for Thursday (5 weeks after my should have been first viewing) as once again I didn't receive an email, the day before I am supposed to view the house.

Check online, sold. I phoned KM, and spoke to Gaynor whom I spoke to on numerous occasions who came up with a story that she had cancelled the viewing with myself (false) she then went on to claim that previously she has never heard of myself or any of the failed viewings and also nothing on their system. I do hope the seller of this house (which has been on the market for 4+ months) is aware of what an unprofessional company is selling their house and a note to future seller/buyers to be cautious dealing with such an uninterested company.

They seem uninterested in selling and unapologetic about not responding to emails. Quite disappointing and unprofessional. Kaye does not appear eager to show potential buyers houses for sale. Very disappointed. Hope the service improves in future.
