We had a building which we had been trying to sell for over 4 years, and found out that Auction House had sold the one next door.We started the process with David and then lockdown came, so the scheduled auction and all viewings had to be cancelled. Unperturbed, David switched it to an online auction, and in the end managed to achieve a sale at a good price to a client who hadn't even been able to view it physically.
