Juliet came to do our initial valuation but we decided to use a different agent who had valued our property for more money. 18 months and a pandemic later, we returned to Juliet to ask if Parker's could now try and sell our house. We have now moved, having sold at the price Juliet originally quoted us. I would certainly trust them again as I feel they were very professional and accurate in their knowledge of the market.

After previous bad experiences in other towns, we were hesitant to use the local estate agent to sell our house. However, we are so glad we did. Parkers were completely on the ball, and in the end achieved a much higher sale price than we would have got with an online agent. So we got all their local knowledge and hand-holding, and a better financial outcome too. Don't hesitate to use them, they are excellent and worth every penny.
