Can't thank Jamie and Tom enough for their understanding and empathy in dealing with the sale of my parents home. Whenever I asked a question Jamie would respond, even if he didn't know the answer, just to let me know he'd find out. He got back to me even if it was out of normal working hours, absolutely couldn't have asked for better customer service. Honest, helpful and empathetic. I would highly recommend to anyone, not just your normal stereotypical agency. Best of luck for the future to you all.

Avoid them! Very bad service! Treat human as a toy! I saw their advertisement for selling a property on Saturday, give them phone call asking for viewing. They said they haven't confirmed the date with vender yet, call them back on Monday. I called them again on Monday, told me exactly same thing, asking me to call them back again on Tuesday. I called them again on Tuesday, told me it has been fully booked, they can't do anything. The worst agency I have ever met.

We were lucky to have Jamie Dowd as our estate agent this past year. Jamie was enthusiastic, friendly and informative from the very start of the process, until the very end. Peter Anthony were great, but Jamie particularly was brilliant.

Critical: Professionalism Sales Negotiatior, Cameron Williams was extremely rude on the phone. Needs a few lessons on how to speak to clients respectfully. As a result I would not purchase with them.
