Carruthers and Luck Estate Agents was formed in 2001 by Paul Carruthers and Steve Luck. We have both been in the business now for over 30 years and can offer a wealth of experience and unrivalled local knowledge when it comes to the property market in the Peacehaven and Saltdean areas. Paul Carruthers and Steve Luck have been selling properties in Saltdean and Peacehaven for over 30 years and we have lived in the area all of our lives. The aim, simply to provide the very best service. We have combined all the modern technologies with traditional Estate agency values and come up with what we think is a unique service.
Paul is a Director and co founder of the company and has been selling properties since leaving school. Now with almost 30 years in the business he is probably the most established and experienced of any of the active Estate Agents in the Peacehaven area. Paul is a particularly big football fan, following West Ham United and of course his local Brighton and Hove Albion. He has a wife and 3 grown up children, one of which has followed him into the business. Paul is based at and runs the Peacehaven Branch.
C & L Lettings was set up in 2007 by Paul Carruthers and Steve Luck to compliment their existing Estate Agency business originally set up in 2001. We are an independent, family run business and our Lettings Department follows the same business ethics as our sales department offering a professional and friendly service tailored to each individual clients needs.
David is a director of lettings and runs our lettings department. He has been with the company for 9 years and is one of the most experienced people in the area within the lettings industry, working locally for almost 20 years. David also lives locally with his partner and young children. Anne is a Director of the business and runs the accounts department, and assists on the day to day running the lettings department.

I recently purchased a property through Carruthers and Luck. Kevin was amazing! My solicitors were terrible but Kevin kept on their case and was an absolute pleasure to deal with I would not hesitate in recommending Carruthers and Luck. The lettings team are also amazing! David talked me through the process as it was my first rental property. He found me great tenants and was an absolute pleasure to deal with!

We recently bought and sold through Carruthers and Luck. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Kevin was fantastic throughout and responded quickly when our initial sale fell through. He advised us well with regards to solicitors and kept us in the loop along the way. The rest of the team were always on hand when needed and I found them all to be friendly and helpful.
They were incredibly good value for the service we received and using a smaller local estate agent over the larger corporate companies proved to be a great choice. We are delighted with the service we were given and would highly recommend.
