Don't bother viewing any properties with this estate agent, unless you fancy wasting your time and love being in a bidding war. Viewed more than 3/4 properties and ALL had a highest offer of 30k or more. This is NOT normal and is down to this estate agent being GREEDY They will fill up almost every viewing block day with 50+ people all having a 5 minute slot, sometimes with more than 2/3 families at the same time always awkwardly bumping into eachother. Things are done by email and text, but regardless of what they claim this is done for, it is purely done to cause a bidding war since they tell EVERY single individual who's offered on a property what the HIGHEST OFFER SO FAR IS!

What other purpose than to cause a bidding war?! Taking advantage of buyers on the current market Looking forward to when the market slumps and this greedy agency gets no more properties to sell. Avoid at all costs l.

Losing out constantly on houses. Many of them return back on the market done up in that grey house flipper signature style. Happy to sell everything to a certain famous local property guy, who does courses and flips properties for 100k a time. No wonder the average buyer can't get anywhere with them. The lady in charge of sorting offers and this man are very good friends, Facebook will confirm this too. You never get any feedback on offers, or are able to speak to them. They are rude. Email only. What kind of agent is this.

First review I have ever left on google as I am so appalled. Went to view a property this morning, on arrival we received no welcome, no questions just "take off your shoes go upstairs and view and come back down and view the kitchen" after 6 minutes in the property we where told they have 50 other viewings today. So we said sorry for inconveniencing you and left. Would not recommend at all

Typical estate agents. Rude, arrogant pieces of work. Viewing was so awkward, the guy didnt say a word throughout the viewing. These guys need to remember they are estate agents, not royalty.

When choosing an agent we did not want to use a company where we had to speak or deal with a number of different people - we wanted a personal service from someone we could rely upon and with John that is exactly what we got!

John was very helpful in guiding us through the selling of our deceased cousin's house. His marketing achieved a good price from a selection of more than a dozen bidders. John took great pride in his photography and was very patient at all times particularly during delays not in his control.
