I have to say, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with the Taylor Engley Eastbourne office. Everyone of the team was extremely helpful, considerate and above all understanding, in what can only be described as difficult circumstances. We would highly recommend Taylor Engley. Neil Robinson and his team have been fantastic throughout the sale of my mother's house from securing the sale to ensuring that it proceeded smoothly to completion. The sale was achieved in very difficult circumstances - during the second lockdown, dealing with parties shielding or unable to travel to help. Neil was imaginative and always willing to help in dealing with issues as they arose. Neil was pro-active in making sure everything was in place and keeping us informed at every stage. Just want to recommend Taylor Engley at Hailsham for their efficient, professional help with my letting. I am fairly new to lettings but they not only found tenants quickly, the paperwork, references, deposit advice etc was carried out with speed, efficiency and utter professionalism. I was kept informed at every stage, making it a less daunting task. I intend to continue using their reasonably priced services for the future. Great work Jenny, Sarah and team! A happy customer.

Being new to renting properties I stupidly thought utilising a professional agent, Taylor Engley, in my case a wise move. Unfortunately they selected a tenant from hell whose identity was not fully checked with photo ID. After I finally got my late paying tenant out Taylor Engley refused to provide me with their forwarding address. Further, I had to call them every time there was a late payment - which was most of the time. I've now got a better agent at a lower cost so think twice before engaging Taylor Engley - I wish I'd never heard of them.
