Can not recommend this estate agents enough. Paul came out and valued our property, I know its his job, but his knowledge of the local area, valuation prices and time span was second to none. Adele in the office went absolutely above and beyond, nothing was to much trouble for her. If I ever rang and she wasn't available, guaranteed, she would ring me back the same day. Thank you!

I have recently used Freckleton brown to let my property. Paul was very informative regarding the valuation, marketing and local area. Freckleton Brown have been absolutely superb. The house I'm buying was listed with them and after a delay with Probate, the sale was dragging. Adele was incredible - calling me to update, chasing the other parties several times a week, never letting me feel like I was at the bottom of the pile. Cannot recommend her and FB enough!

Phoned up as a complete new customer this morning, Adele answered the phone and seemed straight away very warm, easy to talk to and professional. Adele was hands down the worst estate agent I have ever worked with in 8 years of property management. Her mannerisms on the phone are nothing short of terrible. I am shocked she is still employed as by the looks of previous reviews this is a common problem. Our solicitor has also noted she had lied on numerous occasions, claiming documents had been sent, when admiting later on that vendor hadn't sent them in the first place. The final nail in the coffin is when she completely ignores the emails you send her. Terrible estate agent.

Bought our first home, after months of looking and experiencing other agents freckleton brown were the best we had. professional communication, they didn't interfere with the solicitors and let them do their job unlike others we experienced on a house that eventually fell through. Kept everyone upto date and completed in a couple of weeks. The agents we spoke to were friendly and helpful.
